Caring for our community
With a will to be viewed as a community fixture, giving back is a core principle of Twig House Art. The ability to move from place to place puts inclusivity and diversity in closer reach and with that in mind we alternate which neighborhoods we offer our lessons in.
In addition, once a month Twig House Art coordinates free classes with local shelters for women and children.
If lessons at Twig House Art are for any reason, financially out of reach for your family, please email us directly to work out a workable price.
Caring for our cLimate
On a larger scale, we do our best to invest in clean energy to make sure our communities can endure climate change with the best of odds. The Twig House Art shuttle bus is powered with solar energy! We also are tenacious in utilizing second hand materials and reusing all that we can.
We are always accepting used and broken crayons to make new ones, and would love to rescue any old art supplies you may have from the landfill including beads, non-toxic paint, collage materials, and old picture frames. Check in with us if you have any ideas to further our commitment to eco-friendly practices!
