'In the Garden' Create and Play II - Saturday, May 18th
$45.00
During our Midday Create-and-Play, crayon and marker carousels, tape, stickers, hole punches, brads, glue, and paint are always available to freely use! After a bit of play, instructors will read a thematic book before diving in to a more focused art lesson. If students aren’t in the making mood, they can still explore color through mixing balls of play dough, building with magnatiles, or using a light table!
For this session we’ll be reading Kevin Henke’s In My Garden and making our own mosaic stepping stones! We’ll also discuss symmetry and use paint syringes to make butterflies.
